Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
It is your responsibility to contact a transport company and pay the return transport costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You may lose your purchase amount partially or fully if the value has been reduced due to the following,
(1)You have unpacked the product.
(2)The original packaging is missing.
(3)You have used the product.
(4)The product has been damaged while it was in your possession.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return products until we receive them.
We recommend you buy transport insurance.
Make sure you keep your shipping receipt or track & trace number.
Quality Steel Sheds do not accept returned products which are irresponsibly/poorly packaged, used, damaged, incomplete or unsellable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that our transport company is contracted for kerb side delivery only.
No transport of goods into gardens or garage.
Deliveries left at your doorstep without a receipt will be at your own risk.
You are responsible for unloading the goods.
If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order when the product or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Any fees or charges incurred by the transport company due to the package been refused will be deducted from your refund.
